Steak Marinade

Prepare marinade with 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1 tsp of each – lemon pepper seasoning, salt, and garlic powder. Marinate 2-3 hours, turning occasionally. Broil or grill. 

Retried Beans 

Soak pinto beans in approximately 3 times as much water as the amount of beans. Simmer for 1 hour. Wager should cook down to almost be level with the beans. Mix remaining wager and means with a hand mixer. Add 2-3 tablespoons of butter. Salt to taste. 

Fajitas 

Cook 4 boneless skinless chicken breast (cut into strips) with sliced onions and green peppers in a large frying pan. Add 1 can of Mexican stewed tomatoes and 1 package of taco seasoning mix. Simmer until liquid has almost evaporated. Serve with tortillas, cheese, and sour cream. 

Baked Cinammon Apples

1/4 cup sugar  6-8 apples  1 tablespoon cinammon  2 tablespoons butter  1/2 cup warm water  Cook on low for 6-8 hours 

Curry Rice

1 cup dry rice  2 cups water  1 tablespoon curry  4 chicken bullion cubes  Dry Presley  Dry onions  Sauté the rice until light brown. Add water, bullion, curry, parsley, and onion. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to simmer. Simmer for 30 minutes.
