Pig Pickin Cake

1 yellow cake mix

3/4 c oil

1 can mandarin oranges (juice and all)

3 eggs

Icing: 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained

1 box vanilla instant pudding (dry)

1 large tub cool whip

Combine cake mix, oil, and oranges.  Mix well, adding eggs, 1 at a time.

Pour into 3 round cake pans. Bake at 350 about 35 minutes. Remove from oven and cool thoroghly before icing.

Icing: combine pineapple and instant pudding. (Do not prepare pudding with milk, use dry!) Fold into tub of cool whip. Use between layers and on top.
