Sausage Cheese Balls

3 cups Bisquick Original or Reduced Fat baking mix

1 lb bulk pork sausage

4 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 tsp dried rosemary leaves

1/2 tsp parsley flakes

Heat oven to 350 degrees.  Lightly grease bar pan.  Mix all ingredients thoroughly.  Shape mixture into 1-inch balls.  Place in bar pan.  Bake 20-25 minutes or until brown.  Immediately remove from pan.  Serve warm with sweet and sour sauce if desired.  Makes about 6 1/2 dozen balls.
