Petite Meatballs in Sour Cream Sauce

1 lb ground beef

1/2 tsp seasoned salt

1/4 tsp pepper

2 Tbs minced onion

1/4 cup sour cream

2 Tbs butter

The Sauce:

3/4 cup sour cream

2 Tbs sweet pickle relish

1 tsp horseradish

Mix together lightly: beef, salt, pepper, allspice, onion and the 1/4 cup sour cream.  Shape into one inch balls, brown in butter.  Drain off fat.  Blend together the 1/4 cup sour cream, relish, and horseradish.  Spoon sauce over meatballs.  Cover and simmer 10 minutes.  Don’t boil. Spear with toothpicks.  Serve hot.  Makes about 18 balls.
