Mango and Lime Smoothie

Serves 4

The more ripe your mango, the less sweetener you’ll need for this smoothie.

 

4 cups cubed fresh mango

2 cups coconut water

2-4 tablespoons agave nectar, honey, or maple syrup to taste

3 tablespoons dried cranberries, chopped

3 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1. Place all ingredient into a blender; blend until smooth.  Will keep for 2-3 days, refrigerated.

Per serving: 186 cal, 1 g fat (0 mono, 0 poly, 0 sat), 0mg chol, 1g protein, 48g carb, 4g fiber, 18mg sodium
