Sue Sanft’s Spaghetti Sauce

2 pkg. sweet Italian sausage 5 cloves garlic, minced
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can whole tomatoes

1 lg. can tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
2 tsp. oregano
1/3 cup brown sugar
Parmesan cheese
Brown sausages (you can cut them up if desired), garlic, and pepper in hot oil. Add rest of the ingredients. Cook 3 to 5 hours in crock pot. Serve over spaghetti.
