Stollen

31⁄2 -4cupsflour
1 1⁄4 cups sugar

2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1⁄2 tsp salt
1⁄4 tsp almond flavoring
1 tsp rum
1⁄4 tsp lemon
1⁄4 tsp cardamom
2 eggs
A stick and a half of butter
1 cup sour cream
1 cup raisins
1⁄2 cup light raisins
1 cup whole almonds
1⁄4 cup lemon peel
1⁄4 cup orange peel
1⁄4 cup zitron peel
Cream together sugar and sour cream and the rest of the wet ingredients, then add flour, now add the rest of the ingredients. Bake 350 for 50 to 60 minutes for one large loaf
Bake 350 for 20 minutes for two small loafs
Sprinkle with powered sugar
