1. 1 loaf of stale bread (leave pieces laying out overnight to dry and become hard.) Pulse in Cuisianart to coarse crumbs not fine.
2. 1 tube of Jimmy Dean Sausage browned lightly and drained.
3. Chop 1 whole bundle of celery, and 1 large onion. Sauté in butter. 4. Combine all ingredients in a 9×13 pan.
5. Combine 2 eggs beaten with 1 can of chicken broth. Pour over mixture in 9×13 pan. Make sure it is not too soggy.
Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until lightly brown on top.
