Pig Pickin’ Cake

1 yellow cake mix
3⁄4 cup oil
1 can mandarin oranges (juice and all) 3 eggs

1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 box vanilla instant pudding (dry)
1 lg. tub cool whip
Combine cake mix, oil and oranges. Mix well, adding eggs, 1 at a time. Pour into 3 round cake pans. Bake at 350 about 35 minutes. Remove from oven and cool thoroughly before icing. Icing: Combine pineapple and instant pudding. (Do not prepare pudding with milk use dry!) Fold into tub of Cool Whip. Use between layers and on top.
