Fajitas

Cook 4 boneless skinless chicken breast (cut into strips) with sliced onions and green peppers in a large frying pan.
Add 1 can Mexican Stewed Tomatoes / Rotell
1 pkg. Fajita Seasoning Mix.

Simmer until liquid has almost evaporated. Serve with tortillas, cheese and sour cream

For a healthy dish serve without tortillas or with whole wheat tortillas and no additional condiments.
