Cranberry Noel Cookies

2 sticks butter
1 1⁄2 cups sugar
2 Tbsp. whole milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1⁄2 tsp. salt
2 1⁄2 cups sifted all purpose flour
Just barely mix in, scrape down bowl.
Add:
1⁄2 cup finely chopped pecans
3⁄4 cup dried cranberries
shape in 2 8” logs. Roll logs in real coconut. Chill it for at least 2 hours. With a bread knife cut cookies. Bake at 375 degrees for about 12 min. until edges are golden.
