1-1/2 lbs. Sirloin steak cut in 1⁄2” cubes brown in hot fat. Remove from pan.
1 Med. Onion chopped-brown in same pan.
1 8 oz. can mushrooms (or fresh)
1⁄2 pint Sour Cream
3 Tbs. Cooking Sherry
Sprinkle a generous amount of nutmeg on top. Simmer 20 minutes or so, covered.
Serve with white and wild rice.
