BBQ Jerk Chicken

1 (16 ounce) package of boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup Market Pantry Caribbean jerk marinade
1 cup refrigerated mango peach salsa
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
1/2 small banana, diced

Combine chicken and marinade; cover.  Refrigerate until ready to grill.

Heat grill.

In a medium bowl combine salsa, cilantro and banana.  Refrigerate until serving time.

When ready to grill, place the chicken over medium heat; cover.  Cook for 15-20 minutes, turning once, until chicken is no longer pink.  Brush frequently with marinade during the first 10 minutes of cooking.

Serve with salsa.

Makes 4 servings.
