BBQ Beef

4 lbs. Rump roast, roast in 325 oven for 2 hours. Slice thinly.

Combine:

1 Pt. Chili Sauce 1 C. Ketchup
2 C. Water
2 Tbs. Cornstarch 1⁄2 C. Brown Sugar 1 tsp. Onion Salt 1 tsp. Paprika

1⁄4 tsp. Chili Powder
1 Lg. Onion Sliced and sautéed 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
4 Tbs. White Vinegar

1⁄2 tsp. Allspice
Pour sauce over meat simmer 3 hrs. in oven at 250 ~Vicki McMurray
